*Your Post-COVID-19 Appointment:*
This is a new normal for all of us, but as health practitioners, we have always practiced safety and infection control protocols. As a dental practice, we also have a new normal and we are doing everything we can on our end to keep you and our team safe.
At this point, walk-ins will NOT be permitted. Please, CALL FIRST and schedule an appointment so that we can properly prepare for your visit. When you call our office to schedule a visit, our staff will ask you some simple questions that help us to determine the safest route for our team to administer the appropriate treatment. All forms are located on our website if you would like to complete them prior to your office visit and send them back to us electronically. We do ask that you do not bring in printed paper forms into our office. If you are unable to send them back electronically, we will have you fill out forms once you arrive to your appointment.
Check-in
: When you arrive at our office for your scheduled appointment, please call us from your vehicle at
(772) 770-2225
or text us at
(206) 312-0085
. Over the phone, our front office staff will begin by asking you the same screening questions you were previously asked. Once those questions are completed, our staff will meet you in the foyer of the building and take your temperature. We ask that all patients wear a mask when entering the office building if possible. There will be hand sanitizer as you walk into the office that we request all patients to use. After these steps are completed, you will be taken directly back into the treatment room and one of the doctors will be with you ASAP.
Visitors
: We are continuing our no-visitor policy at this time. Unless you are a legal guardian to a minor or a caregiver of patient who needs assistance, we ask that you PLEASE do not bring anyone with you to your appointment. We are sorry for any inconvenience, but we must keep our staff healthy to be able to deliver first-class treatment, and thus we are trying to minimize all unnecessary exposures for both our patients and staff.
Additional Changes
: When you visit our office, we may look a little different to keep everyone safe! We have increase our Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), which will include wearing a surgical mask, gloves, gown and face shield. Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients; this may mean that you’re offered fewer options for scheduling your appointment. Therefore, we are asking all of our patients to give us a 48 hour notice for cancellations if at all possible. Because we are required to schedule fewer patients each day, every appointment is important to those who need to be seen.
We thank you all once again for your support. Please, be patient with us as we do our best to ensure the safest and most comfortable environment for everyone who walks in our door. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call us at
